🌍 Selection Process

1. Nomination Submission

All nominations must be submitted through the official registration form on the NICE-TEAS ASIA website. Ensure that all required fields are completed accurately to facilitate a smooth evaluation process.

2. Initial Screening

Upon submission, each nomination undergoes an initial screening to verify eligibility and completeness. Incomplete or ineligible nominations will be disqualified at this stage.

3. Evaluation by the Organizing Committee

Qualified nominations are reviewed by the NICE-TEAS ASIA Awards Organizing Committee. The evaluation criteria include:

• Innovation & Impact: Assessment of the novelty and significance of the nominee's contributions.
• Leadership & Vision: Evaluation of the nominee's leadership qualities and long-term vision in their field.
• Sustainability & Scalability: Consideration of the sustainability and potential for broader application of the nominee's work.
• Global Relevance: Determination of the nominee's impact on a global scale.

4. Shortlisting & Verification

Based on the evaluations, a list of shortlisted candidates will be compiled. Shortlisted nominees will be notified via email and may be required to participate in an online interview or provide additional documentation for verification purposes, if necessary.

5. Final Selection

The final awardees are selected from the shortlisted candidates. The decision is based on a comprehensive assessment by the Organizing Committee, considering all evaluation criteria and any additional verification outcomes.

6. Award Notification & Confirmation

The award notification will be sent to the selected awardees. Submission of the registration fee will be collected only after this notification. Once the fee is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the awardee. Awards will be formally conferred only during the NICE-TEAS ASIA 2025 Award Ceremony, providing a prestigious platform to honor their achievements on an international stage.
